How do I connect with ZATCA?

Sutumatic is fully compliant with ZATCA requirements. QR codes are auto-generated and connected to ZATCA gateway.

Can I add extra users?

Yes. Each plan includes a set number of users, and you can add more for a small monthly fee with full permission control.

Can I manage multiple branches?

Yes. Wamdh supports 1 branch, Nabdha up to 3, and Afaq up to 5. Additional branches can be added as extras.

Is 24/7 support available?

Support is available Sun–Thu (9 AM – 9 PM) via WhatsApp and email. Afaq plan includes priority support.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime. Your account enters read-only mode for 6 months after cancellation.

Does Sutumatic support English?

Yes, all Sutumatic systems are bilingual (Arabic/English). Switch languages easily from the dashboard.
